I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with a crypto deposit on my Binance account. My account ID is 593821. I transferred 850 USDT via the Tron (TRC20) network to the address TY5x47d3VEtjUfTd22HZc3GbkCFiQwL9m. The transfer status appears as “Completed” and the blockchain confirms the transaction with the Transaction ID e72aB...F3d9c, yet my Binance account balance is still showing zero. Although the transaction is clearly visible and confirmed on the blockchain, the deposit has not been credited to my Binance balance. I contacted live support, but instead of checking the network or investigating my specific transaction, I only received automated, template-style replies and my issue was not actually examined. I request that this situation be urgently investigated, that a manual verification of my blockchain transaction be carried out, and that the 850 USDT in question be promptly credited to my Binance account. I also expect a clear written explanation as to why a transaction that is visible as completed on the blockchain has not been reflected in my balance.
