My Telegram Account Was Hacked and the Recovery Email Was Changed

On 23 June, my Telegram mobile account was hacked. Since then, I have not been able to log in. When I try to access my account, I see that the recovery email has been changed without my permission, even though my phone number is still attached to the account. I contacted Telegram through the FAQ/email support, but I still do not have access to my account and the issue remains unresolved. I am very concerned that someone else is currently using my account and my personal data without my consent. I request that my access to the Telegram account linked to my phone number be restored permanently, that any unauthorized email or security changes made by the hacker be removed, and that my account be secured so that such unauthorized access cannot happen again.
