TikTok Suspended My LIVE Gifting Feature for a False Sexual Activity Claim

My TikTok account “Dreamkidsfoundation” has had the TikTok LIVE gifting feature suspended repeatedly, most recently on 24 June, for a period of 30 days. Each time, TikTok states that my livestream contains sexual activities, but in the relevant livestream all my guests were seated normally and there was nothing sexual or inappropriate. I have the recordings of my livestream as evidence. I appealed the decision through the in‑app appeal process and attached the livestream recording to show that no sexual activities took place. Despite this, I have been experiencing gifting suspensions back to back, and I feel that my evidence is not being considered properly. Yesterday I also contacted TikTok through the “submit ticket” option to explain the situation again, but I am worried that my appeal will be denied once more even though I have provided clear proof. I respectfully request that TikTok carefully review my evidence and the livestream recordings for this 30‑day suspension, judge the situation fairly, and lift the current 30‑day LIVE gifting suspension on my account. I also ask that TikTok take the necessary steps to prevent similar unfair suspensions in the future, as these actions negatively affect my account and my ability to host legitimate and compliant livestreams.
