KitchenAid Rondo Blender Set Malfunction and Warranty Denial
I bought a KitchenAid Rondo blender set a couple of years ago, and unfortunately, it seems that it has been discontinued because of some production issues. To make matters worse, the warranty just expired. Ever since I purchased it, the blender has been nothing but a disappointment. It seems to struggle with anything other than blending tomatoes. I was given a 5-year warranty when I purchased it, but I didn't know I could have it examined. I recently had my item inspected, and the response I got informed me that the parts would need to be replaced, but there would be a charge for it. Even though it's clearly their mistake, they're adamant about making us pay for the replacement parts. I used to believe that KitchenAid was a trustworthy brand, but my personal experience has proven otherwise. Before agreeing to these terms, it's worth reconsidering!
