Bosch Power Series Blender Blade Issue


I recently bought a Bosch Power Series blender, and to my disappointment, the blade turned out to be of subpar quality with rust in the middle. I submitted photos to the service center, which were received by the company, and I have made multiple calls inquiring about a replacement, but unfortunately, there has been no resolution yet. Why is it so challenging? This seems to be a manufacturing issue, and I believe I am entitled to a replacement. I've been dealing with the consequences of my disrupted nutrition program for chronic constipation, and it has been causing me a lot of discomfort for several days now. Right when I finally narrowed down the issue to a span of two days. Please provide me with my new device before the holiday. I kindly request a replacement for this device, Bosch.
