Kitchenaid Gurme Chef Blender Repair Delayed for Months—Poor Service Response

I purchased a Kitchenaid Gurme Chef Blender, but it started showing significant issues after some use. Despite the brand’s premium image, their service network and warranty support are severely lacking. I sent the blender to the Ankara service center, and they assured me it would be repaired and returned. However, 40 days have passed, and during a follow-up call, I was told the replacement part would take another two months to arrive from Belgium. For a simple blender, this delay is absurd.
This is especially frustrating since we use the blender for work. We even suggested keeping a backup unit while repairs are completed, but our proposal was ignored. The representative I spoke with seemed indifferent, providing generic responses like “the part is coming from abroad,” as if waiting three months is acceptable.
The product may look appealing, but the quality doesn’t match the price. There are far better brands at a fraction of the cost. Kitchenaid relies on marketing to create a perception of quality, but their service is subpar. I’ve even resorted to contacting high-level executives on LinkedIn because I have no faith in their local representatives. Kitchenaid, I expect prompt action to resolve this issue.
