Kiko Milano Lip Gloss Damaged My Lips

July 4, 2025 1:07 PM117

I recently purchased a lip gloss from the newly opened Kiko Milano store and I am very disappointed and concerned about its quality and safety. Instead of applying smoothly like an oil-based gloss, it went on chalky, uneven, and patchy, leaving a thick, dry residue that caused immediate discomfort. Within minutes, my lips became extremely dry, irritated, and began to peel painfully. Worst of all, the product wouldn’t come off despite repeated, gentle attempts, which only worsened the irritation. My lips are now damaged and in pain. This is completely unacceptable. Kiko Milano is selling a harmful, low-quality product that poses a serious risk to customer health. I demand a full investigation, immediate removal of this product from shelves, and proper compensation for the damage it has caused.

The lip gloss I bought from the Kiko branch at Gaziantep Sankopark Mall applies in a lumpy, 'chalky' way and feels oil-free. It dries within minutes, makes my lips extremely dry, and caused irritation. Worst of all, I couldn't remove the product; my lips were in pain, and when I woke up the next day, the corner of my lip had blistered. I will go to the hospital. It is unacceptable to sell such a poor quality and unhealthy product. I demand an immediate investigation, compensation for my grievance, and the suspension of sales of products that put people's health at risk.
