I purchased three lipsticks, and none of them were as advertised. The colors aren’t shimmery or pastel as shown in the pictures. On top of that, the application is difficult, leaving a patchy, uneven texture on my lips. The shades and shimmer are completely different from what was advertised (I’ve shared photos). I will never buy cosmetics again from a company that doesn’t offer a refund guarantee. Unlike other brands like Gratis, which stand behind their products, Kiko Milano doesn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. They don’t respond to inquiries quickly, and their lack of support makes the whole experience feel unreliable. I expected better from a brand that claims to be of high quality.
