I purchased the Kiko Milano lipstick shown in the photo from your Capacity store. The first time I used it, I felt an intense burning and stinging sensation on my lips. At first, I wasn’t sure if the lipstick was the cause, so I stopped using it for a while. Later, I applied only the Kiko lipstick again—without combining it with any other product—and the same reaction occurred.
I repeated this test several times and confirmed that the lipstick is the direct cause of the irritation. It’s very upsetting to have a reaction to a product I trusted and purchased from a reputable brand. I expect cosmetic products to be safe, especially at this price point.
I am requesting a full refund and expect Kiko Milano to investigate and address the quality or ingredient issue in this product. No customer should have to deal with pain or discomfort from a lipstick.
