I purchased three lip pencils from Kiko Milano’s IstinyePark store less than a month ago. However, as soon as the tips wore down and I needed to sharpen them, I noticed a serious issue. The pencils have such a soft consistency that the tips break off repeatedly during sharpening. One of the pencils is now reduced to almost nothing due to this problem.
I’ve used products from less-known brands, and even they didn’t have such poor durability. For a brand like Kiko Milano, I expected better quality and reliability. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I demand a solution, whether it’s a refund or replacement. Please address this issue promptly and ensure your products meet quality standards.
