Kiko Milano Order Delayed Despite Promised Delivery Time

On December 2, 2024, I placed an order for three products from Kiko Milano, which stated a delivery time of 1-3 days. However, as of December 4, 2024, at 9:00 PM, my order status still shows as "preparing." This clearly means the promised timeline has not been met, and the delay is extremely frustrating.

Is it normal for a brand like Kiko Milano to have such slow shipping processes? If this is due to a sales event, then the company should not create an unmanageable promotional period. Customers shouldn’t have to suffer delays, especially when the website advertises a specific delivery window. Had I known, I would have purchased directly from a store. The excitement of my purchase has turned into disappointment due to this extended wait. I expect an explanation and a swift resolution for this issue.
