Zara Order Marked as Delivered, But Items Inside Are Not What I Bought

I ordered two pairs of ballet flats through the Zara app. On December 1, a notification said my order had been delivered and the package was left at my home. When I came home and opened it, I saw that the items inside were not what I had ordered. My name and address are correctly written on the box, and the Zara app also shows the order as delivered, but the products inside are completely different.

I contacted Zara through their WhatsApp support line and explained the situation. They took my information and the reference numbers of the items I was supposed to receive, and told me I would be contacted shortly. However, I still have not received any update.
