Palmolive Hibiscus Shower Gel Caused Severe Itching and Skin Swelling After Use

I purchased the Palmolive Feel the Energy Aroma Sensations with Hibiscus shower gel about 15 days ago. I used the product for the first time four days ago, and shortly afterward, I developed intense itching all over my body. At first, I didn’t realize the shower gel was the cause, but when I used it again yesterday, I immediately experienced severe itching and localized swelling right after getting out of the shower. The itching became so intense that my skin started to break from scratching, and I also began to feel a burning sensation.

I have never experienced this kind of sensitivity with any product before. In fact, I used Palmolive shower gels years ago with no issues at all. I still have the packaging, but I no longer have the receipt. I haven’t visited a doctor yet, but I will if the symptoms continue.

After researching online, I found several people reporting the same reaction. The number of people experiencing similar issues is not small. For this reason, I am requesting a refund for the product and the approximately $2 I paid. I also want the product to be examined, recalled if necessary, and removed from sale. I expect urgent action to prevent others from experiencing the same situation.
