Zara Canceled My Black Friday Order Without Permission
On November 27, I purchased a total of five items through the Zara mobile app. These items were bought during the Black Friday sale at discounted prices. However, on November 28, my order was canceled by the system without my knowledge or consent.
When I contacted live support to understand what happened, I was told that there had been a data transfer issue during payment, and that this was the reason my order had been canceled. They also informed me that they could not recreate the order at the same prices and that only a refund could be issued.
My order number is 5398*61. I purchased these items during the Black Friday campaign at discounted prices, and now that the sale is over, I would have to pay much higher amounts to buy the same products. Since my order was canceled without my approval, I request that all five items in my original order be recreated for me at the same discounted prices, and that my grievance be resolved.
