Zara Keeps Canceling My Orders for 1.5 Months
For about a month and a half, I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Zara online purchases. Since November 3, a total of 11 orders I placed — including the one with order number 5448*72 — are first accepted by the system and then later canceled by Zara.
The explanation I have been given is that the issue may be bank-related, but this is not realistic. I have tried paying with my credit card and even with different cards, yet the problem occurs only on Zara’s website. I am able to shop with the same cards on other brands without any issue. Although I have not experienced a problem with refunds so far, the constant cancellation of my orders and Zara’s lack of a real customer service channel beyond AI support make the process even more frustrating.
I request a detailed investigation of my Zara account and my orders, that my orders be approved and shipped to me, or at the very least, a clear and satisfactory explanation of the real reason behind these repeated cancellations.
