I spent a significant amount of money on a Kiko Milano lipstick, expecting a high-quality product. What I got instead was a sticky, unusable mess that felt off from the first application—as if the formula had gone bad. I immediately contacted customer service to request a return, only to receive an email stating they wouldn’t accept the return because it’s a “personal product.” This response is incredibly disappointing, especially coming from a globally recognized brand.
To make matters worse, I also ordered an eyeshadow that arrived without any protective seal. When I raised a complaint about that, they agreed to accept it for return. So let me get this straight—eyeshadow isn’t personal, but a clearly faulty lipstick is? The inconsistency in their return policy is absurd.
Kiko Milano should stand behind the quality of its products. I demand a full refund for the defective lipstick. I won’t be shopping here again unless this issue is resolved immediately.
