Kiehl's Refused to Return My Payment
My fee was not refunded by Kiehl's. I packaged the damaged product, along with the trial products and the extra products I purchased with the campaign code, and delivered it to the cargo company. Despite the fact that the products arrived at their warehouses, my refund was not processed, and every time I called customer service, I was delayed and never given a clear return. Despite being told on each of my calls that I would be returned as soon as possible, there has been no feedback to me, nor has there been any progress on my refund. I believe I've been duped by a brand I've been buying from for years and trust. I demand a refund right away.
