Bauhaus Delayed My Garden Furniture Exchange and Ignored My Requests

We bought a garden furniture set from Bauhaus. I started the exchange process because one of the cockles of the product was defective. Two days later, the people who came to pick up the cargo said that they could not take the product because the packaging was not done. The fiasco started after that. The customer representative who initiated the exchange process did not give me any information about the packaging. For this reason, I threw away the box of the product. Afterwards, I packed the product 3 times. During this time, I asked for compensation for the stretch film, duct tape, and foams that I finished for packaging, but the customer representative did not even deign to convey this request. After the product was finally taken back, the fiascos continued one after the other. The next day after the product was received, the cargo came to pick up the product again. So no one knows that the product was received from me! After hours of phone traffic, the product was finally found. However, after that, I could not see any interest from either Bauhaus or the cargo company. As it is still unclear where and in what condition my product is, customer representatives say that they will return to you within the day. But no one calls or asks! As a result, although 20 days have passed, I still have not received the replacement of the defective product that I delivered on September 27 with a series of fiascos. I do not know its fate. Bauhaus operation system is really bad. Their interest in the customer is also very inadequate. I will never buy anything from this company again, nor would I recommend it!

Another fiasco has been added to the list: I was just called by Bauhaus. I was told that the product would be dispatched from our warehouse today. However, the product appeared to be in transit. I was even given a tracking number. But the product hasn't even left the warehouse yet. This is such a disgrace!

This company is mocking me, this is too much! Yesterday, a Yurtiçi Kargo tracking number was provided via WhatsApp. Today, it was communicated that it was sent through Arvato logistics.

The replaced product has reached me. However, it is also defective. Since I no longer have any trust in this company, I requested an exchange at the door. A day has passed, and I am still waiting for news.
