Kiehl’s Is Not Responding or Taking Seriously The Missing Pieces in My Parcel

I ordered four products from Kiehl's. Only one product was included in the order cargo and the delivery note was not included. My order appears to be completed as if the entire order has been delivered. I tried to reach customer service immediately, but the phones of this huge company are problematic and it is not possible to understand the voice of the person on the other end. I had difficulty reaching them and explained my problem. I also sent an e-mail to their help e-mail address. They said they would check the warehouse and get back to me. A week later, when no one called me, I called again. They said they would check the warehouse and get back to me in the same way, but no one called back. Ten days later, I called again and the result was the same, exactly two days later. It's been a week and still no one has responded. I have been shopping from this company for many years, it is a company that I have referred many of my friends to, but their lack of interest is a great disappointment. They take no action to correct their own shortcomings.
Shopped and disappointed with Kiehl's customer service. The parcel was lost and customer service refused even to initiate an investigation. They insisted the delivery was complete and unable to file a claim to the courier. How helpful is that. May avoid shopping again in the future.
