Kiehl's Product Was Missing From The Box
I bought 3 items from Kielhs online site. When the products arrived, there was no product in the box. I reached customer service and conveyed the issue, but we checked their response from the camera and the product was put in the box. I have never seen anything like this. We buy products by trusting the brand, but we have no contact person. How can the box not be torn intact, how can it fall or get lost in the cargo. Your original boxes are with the cargo company, but they take it out and put it in. They do not take care of customer satisfaction very badly, even though I have called many times for more than a week, there is no response. I wonder how such a brand can provide such bad service.
