They took my money but didn't deliver, last night I tried to order something, paid for it, and then they said they couldn't deliver it like half an hour later. totally messed up. They said my order was being prepared and then just canceled it. So not cool. And on top of that, they haven't even given me my money back for the messed up delivery. those customer service reps are so unprofessional, their attitude is so disrespectful and aggressive, it's almost like they wanna fight. It just makes everything even worse. why treat customers like that? don't you want more business?? If I don't see the payment in my account today, I might have to sue KFC. We can't let this slide. Also, I swear I'm never going to KFC again after this.
