KFC Mix-Up: Missing Refund After Incorrect Delivery Location



Hello, on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 5:23 PM, I placed a "get it and go" order for KFC at İzmir Gaziemir Optimum. However, the employees informed me that I had mistakenly ordered it for another KFC location in Gaziemir, despite choosing Optimum. I called your customer service for assistance, but despite having the same order and contact number, they claimed they couldn't assist me and abruptly ended the call. I tried multiple times, as did your employees, but we couldn't resolve the issue. Eventually, an employee from KFC in Optimum reached out to the Gaziemir KFC, and they advised canceling the erroneous order. I was told a refund would be issued, but I haven't received any messages, emails, or notifications about the refund. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
