KFC Order Canceled After 2 Hours Without Any Communication
I placed an order with KFC (Order No: KFCM9591209841) at 6:27 PM, and despite waiting for 120 minutes, my order never arrived. To make matters worse, at 8:18 PM, KFC canceled the order, but their system falsely shows the cancellation time as 7:18 PM.
Throughout this ordeal, I couldn’t reach a customer service representative, nor did I receive any response to my emails. I spent hours trying to get an update on my order status, but there was no one to provide answers.
This level of disregard and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Customers should not be treated so poorly. I expect KFC to address this issue promptly, apologize for the inconvenience caused, and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
