Ketogoapp Keeps Charging Me After Confirming Subscription Cancellation

I have been unable to cancel my subscription that I started through Ketogoapp since December 17, 2025. I initially signed up after seeing it on Instagram and following the link provided. Later, when I tried to cancel, I made multiple attempts through the app, the website, and other channels, but my subscription continued to appear as active in the system.
I contacted the company via email, and they told me that my subscription had been canceled. However, despite this, I have continued to be charged every month. So far, approximately $156 has been charged, and this is still ongoing.
I request that my subscription be permanently canceled immediately, that no further charges be made to my card, and that all amounts charged after I was told my subscription was canceled be fully refunded to me.
