Ketogo Charged Me Twice but Didn’t Activate My Subscription

On March 19, I made a purchase through the Ketogo app. Even though two separate payments—$42 and $40—were charged to my debit card, the plan I purchased was not activated on my account, and I am unable to log into the app. Despite this, the charges have been successfully deducted from my account.
The email address associated with my account is h************@hotmail.com. Since I could not find any in-app or official customer support channel, I was unable to contact the company directly. I only tried reaching out via Instagram, but I have not received any response there either.
I request that both charges of $42 and $40 be canceled and refunded to me, and that access to the account for which the payment was made be restored. I ask that my issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
