Ketogo Subscription Risk: Charged Without Clear Confirmation
On February 18, 2026, at 5:28 PM, I clicked on a Ketogo App advertisement I saw on Instagram and used the link in the profile to purchase a keto diet plan. A charge of $43 was made to my Garanti Bank credit card; however, after completing the payment, the app did not redirect me to any page. I did not see any confirmation screen, diet plan, or order details.
After reviewing the page more carefully, I noticed a small note stating that automatic charges would be made after 3 months. Despite this, unlike other online purchases, there was no “Order completed” confirmation screen. When I try to log into the app or website now, I cannot find any account or membership associated with me. Even though the charge appears on my bank statement, when I click on the transaction, it opens a blank page with no order or transaction details.
I attempted to contact Ketogo through Instagram once and also sent 4–5 emails, but each time I only received automated responses, and no one has addressed my issue.
I request that the $43 charged to my Garanti Bank credit card be refunded and that any membership or subscription created under my name be fully canceled. I also request that no future automatic charges be made to my credit card.
