Ketogo Subscription Not Canceled and Continued Charging My Card

After downloading the Ketogo app on my iOS device, I was not able to use the app effectively—in fact, I could barely access the platform at all. Despite this, charges were made to my account. Even though I believed I had canceled after the free trial, the subscription was not actually canceled and the charges continued.

Since December, a monthly subscription fee has been charged to my card around the 8th of each month, and this month in particular, $65 was charged to my account. Because I could not find any proper contact channel or cancellation option within the app or platform, I have not been able to get any support so far.

I have been negatively affected both by being charged for a service I could not use and by the continued charges despite believing I had canceled. I request that my Ketogo subscription be canceled immediately and that the charges taken unfairly, especially over the last two months, be refunded to me.
