If Ketogoapp keeps charging you after cancellation,
Verify cancellation properly first;
• Check if you received:
– Cancellation confirmation email
– “Subscription inactive” status
• Important:
– Canceling inside the app may NOT be enough
– You must check:
– App Store / Google Play / website
Users often get charged because cancellation wasn’t fully completed.
Understand why charges continue;
• KetoGo subscriptions:
– Auto-renew by default
– Must be canceled at least 48 hours before renewal
• Also:
– Each add-on is separate (meal plan, coach, etc.)
– Canceling one does NOT cancel others
This is a very common trap.
Stop future charges immediately;

Cancel again from the correct place:
– iPhone → Settings → Subscriptions
– Android → Google Play → Subscriptions
– Website → Account → Subscription
Cancel ALL active plans (not just one)
Remove your card (if possible)
Ask your bank to:
– Block merchant / recurring payments
This ensures charges stop.
Request your money back;
• Contact support and write:
– “I canceled my subscription but I’m still being charged. I request a full refund.”
• Include:
– Cancellation proof
– Transaction dates
– Screenshots
