Keto GO Unauthorized Subscription Charges After Accidental Click
Through the Keto GO app, I accidentally approved a payment link I was directed to for a diet plan. After that approval, automatic charges were made to my card every month for the past 6 months without my knowledge. Even though I never used the app, I noticed in my account activity that approximately $27 has been charged monthly since August 29.
During this entire period, I did not receive any notification. I only became aware of these recurring payments today, and as soon as I realized the situation, I canceled my card. I want to emphasize that I was not clearly or transparently informed about the transaction I approved, and therefore I do not accept these charges.
I request that all amounts charged since August 29 for a service I did not use be fully refunded to me. I also request that a proper investigation be conducted to prevent such unauthorized or automatic charges from continuing.
