Kerastase Hair Serum Arrived Broken – No Resolution


I purchased a Kerastase hair serum from an official seller, but when it arrived, the bottle was broken. I immediately requested a replacement, yet despite multiple follow-ups, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
Kerastase, do you not have quality control? How can you ship a damaged product to a paying customer? I should not have to struggle this much just to get what I already paid for. It’s been days, and I’m still waiting for a response.
I have a busy schedule, yet I now have to waste time dealing with this issue. Kerastase, fix this immediately! Has anyone else had this problem? I expect a resolution now!
