Kerastase Genesis Serum Increased Hair Loss & Irritated My Scalp

I purchased Kerastase Genesis Hair Serum to help with hair loss, but instead of improving the situation, it actually made my hair fall out even more. Every time I use it, I notice excessive shedding, which is the exact opposite of what this product is supposed to do.

Additionally, I find it completely unnecessary for a scalp treatment to contain such a strong fragrance—it smells like men’s cologne and feels harsh on my scalp. After applying it, my scalp became irritated, making it uncomfortable to use.

This product is not working as advertised, and I regret spending my money on it. Kerastase, what is causing this issue? I expect a real solution for customers experiencing these negative effects!
