Kerastase Cure Densite Arrived Defective — New Bottle Leaks and Spills Everywhere

I purchased the Kerastase Densifique Cure Densite serum from Trendyol for $165 USD. I had been using the older packaging of the product for about a month without any issues, but I experienced a serious problem with the new bottle I received today. Each time I tried to apply the product to my hair, it leaked from the cap, causing the serum to spill everywhere except onto my hair. Because of this, I am unable to use the product at all.

The same issue occurs every time I try to use it. I do not have an order or invoice number, but I bought the product from Trendyol, and the problem appeared during the very first use. I have not yet contacted Kerastase or Trendyol customer service.

I request that this packaging issue be resolved by sending me a replacement bottle or issuing a refund.
