Kerastase Nutritive Split End Serum Did Nothing—Total Waste of Money

I purchased the Kerastase Nutritive Split End Sealer, expecting it to repair and seal split ends as advertised. However, after using it, I saw absolutely no difference in my hair. The product did not work at all, despite following the instructions carefully.

I spent ₺1,359 on this product, and I am deeply disappointed. For such a high-end brand, I expected real results, not just fancy packaging and marketing claims. This product does not do what it promises, and I feel like I wasted my money.

I demand a response from Kerastase and a solution for customers who trusted this product. If it doesn’t work as advertised, they should offer refunds or exchanges.
