I Paid for Kerastase Specifique Shampoo and It Made My Hair Loss Worse

I purchased the Kerastase Specifique Bain Prevention anti-hair loss shampoo from Sachane, expecting it to reduce my hair fall as promised. Instead, I experienced the exact opposite—my hair loss actually increased after using this product. I paid ₺1000 for a 250ml bottle, and sadly, it did nothing but make the problem worse.

What’s most disappointing is that I’ve always trusted Kerastase. I regularly used their volumizing series and was genuinely satisfied. That’s why I decided to invest in this anti-hair loss formula. But this time, it completely failed me—both in terms of results and value.
