My Kenwood MOA 26 Airfry+ Oven Has A Rotation Defect
I just bought the Kenwood MOA 26 Airfry+ Oven, and according to the user manual, you can use the airfry mode to rotate potatoes. But I don't know how to start the rotation. When I reached out to customer service, they said they didn't know about any rotating feature. The service team also mentioned that there are too many models to know all the details about each one. It was really frustrating when they told me to look up the answers on the internet. I have some questions now. Do any of your company's employees know about the products you sell? Why isn't there any info about a ₺13,000 product? Why can't your customer service deal with a simple question?
