The bottom section of my Arçelik oven does not cook properly. I purchased this product about six years ago and mostly used it for cooking meals, pastries, and savory pies. However, the lower part of the oven has never cooked evenly, and this issue has persisted since the very first day. During this time, I have contacted Arçelik’s authorized service center and customer support multiple times. The service personnel responded condescendingly, suggesting that I didn’t know how to use the oven, without performing any technical inspection. They claimed they had cooked food and pastries in the oven themselves and asked me to take it back, even though I had specifically requested a technical check and resolution. Furthermore, I do not approve of them using my oven to cook their own food without my permission. Despite the oven still being under warranty, the issue remains unresolved, and my request for a replacement was ignored. I expect Arçelik to perform a proper technical inspection of my oven and, if necessary, replace it. I also request compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced.
