Tefal EY801D Easy Fry & Grill & XXL Airfryer Does Not Cook
My Tefal EY801D Easy Fry & Grill & XXL Airfryer, purchased from Media Markt Adana Optimum store, fails to cook properly. Despite following the user manual and watching various Youtube.com videos, attempts to cook Chicken, Meatballs, and Potatoes were unsuccessful. We took it to the service for inspection, and they claimed there was no issue but emphasized the need for a 15-minute preheating for thorough cooking. This crucial detail was never mentioned in any manual, and the term "Airfryer" is missing from the brand. Even budget-friendly brands can cook in less time. Feeling deceived, I wish to return the product. The Tefal call center declined our replacement request, citing no part replacements in the service. I am eagerly awaiting Tefal's response to my refund request.

I just received a call from the Tefal call center. They stated that I should consider the product as an oven and preheat it following their recommendations. I asked them to provide these suggestions in writing, but they said they could not. It is not stated in any user manual or video that preheating is necessary. As a result, I think I've been deceived, and I'm angry at myself. Since I do not want to deceive others, I will not sell or use this product second-hand. At this point, my decision will be to place a raw chicken on its original box, which has an Airfryer inside, pour gasoline, and burn it. I think that's the only way the chicken can be cooked with this product. In the meantime, I will also shoot a video while burning the product and share it on various media.
If you do not want to think of it like an oven and cook products by preheating, do not buy Tefal!
