Philips HD9257 XL Air Fryer Stays Broken Despite Repairs
On January 25, 2024, I bought a Philips HD9257 XL model air fryer from the Teknosa store. I've tried making fried potatoes in the air fryer several times, but they never seem to cook through. After many attempts, I have not been successful in cooking. I brought the product to the Teknosa store for service when it was just a week old, and they forwarded it to the repair center. When it comes back, the same problems are still there. This brand, which is supposed to be reputable, has been disappointing every user I know. They all face the same issue with the product and when they send it to the service center, they claim it's fixed but the problem persists. Where can we find your brand integrity? Always ensure customers are not left stranded in case of a recurring problem.
