I bought the Kenwood HFP90 air fryer in October 2022 with really high expectations, but my experience has been absolutely terrible. Ever since I bought it, the appliance has been completely useless because it gets way too hot. This causes it to randomly turn off and shut down every 15-20 minutes. I told the Minihome service center about the problem, but they tried to fix it twice and the problem is still there.
It's really frustrating that nobody seems to be listening to my requests for a product replacement. The unit is still unable to be fixed or exchanged. I'm really unhappy with the product because it keeps having the same problem that hasn't been fixed yet. The service and customer support people don't seem to care about fixing this ongoing problem.
