Kaspersky Refund Not Processed Despite 30-Day Guarantee
Kaspersky offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, promising a refund if customers are not satisfied. However, despite this policy, my refund request has gone unanswered. I submitted a request on October 15 with reference code INC000016920835, but I have received no response. It feels as though Kaspersky is deliberately delaying to avoid processing my refund until the 30-day window expires. I am extremely disappointed and request that this issue be resolved promptly, with my refund issued as promised. Being a Kaspersky customer has been nothing but frustrating. Please uphold your guarantee and process my refund immediately.
