Requesting Refund from Kaspersky – No Response After Multiple Emails
I’ve been emailing Kaspersky for days, requesting a refund, but I haven’t received any response. I mistakenly created this account while renewing my subscription on my old account and now need a refund. The policy states that I can get a refund within 30 days, and I’m well within that period. I would appreciate it if you could process my refund as soon as possible.
