Kaspersky Premium 2-Year Subscription Refund Delayed

On August 22, 2024, I purchased a 2-year Kaspersky Premium subscription for 1 device. The same day, I decided to request a refund and contacted technical support to start the process. Initially, I was told that the refund would be processed within 5-7 business days. After that period passed, they changed it to 5-10 business days. It’s now well beyond that, and I still haven’t received my refund. To make matters worse, they claim that the transaction was canceled before payment, which is clearly not true. I feel completely misled and frustrated by this process. I’m filing a complaint and demand that Kaspersky issue my refund immediately. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
I filed a spending dispute, and my issue was resolved.
