I purchased the Karcher SE 6100 Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Machine on December 25, 2023, expecting high performance from a brand known for its reliability. Unfortunately, this product has been a complete letdown. Just 3–4 months after purchase, the machine developed a spraying malfunction. I contacted customer service and was told it would be picked up and sent to the service center.
It took a frustrating 40 days to get it back. When it finally arrived, the sprayer still wasn’t working properly. They took it back again, allegedly repaired it, and returned it once more. I tried to keep using it, but within another few months, the same spraying issue resurfaced.
Despite all this, customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. There’s no follow-up, no care, no accountability. I bought this product because Karcher has a reputation for quality, but this experience has completely shattered that trust.
I refuse to send this machine for service a third time. I am requesting a full replacement with a brand-new unit of the same model. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to take further action.
