Karcher SE 6.100 Carpet Cleaner Sprays Water Everywhere – Warranty Issue Ignored

I bought the Karcher SE 6.100 carpet and upholstery cleaner in 2022, and when I used the nozzle for the first time, it sprayed detergent water all over the place. I sent it in under warranty, and they told me the nozzle's water spraying part was broken and wanted to charge me for repairs. I argued that this happened the first time I used it and expected it to be covered under warranty. They claimed the nozzle and other attachments weren't covered and returned it without fixing it. I later found out from another Karcher service center that the nozzle wasn't broken at all—it was leaking because a gasket wasn’t properly installed during manufacturing. They tried to charge me over ₺400 for something that only needed a cheap gasket replacement! Karcher doesn't stand behind its products, and their customer service is a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble—avoid this experience!
