I’ve Waited 40 Days for My Karcher RCV5 Repair

I purchased a Karcher RCV5 robot vacuum on 02.07.2023. In April 2025, I had to send it to service due to a malfunction. The product was received by the service center on 11.04.2025, and I was told it would be repaired and returned within 20 business days. However, it’s now 21.05.2025— over 40 days later—and I still haven’t received my device or any update.
I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but they’ve provided no useful information or support. I’ve also sent emails with no helpful response. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
The legal repair window has already been exceeded. I’m no longer willing to wait for a repair. I demand a brand new replacement unit immediately. If this issue is not resolved without further delay, I will escalate the matter by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
