On June 10, 2025, I purchased a Karcher Puzzi 10/1 upholstery cleaning machine from Epttavm, but I’ve been facing constant malfunctions that have caused me serious inconvenience. I bought the device to provide on-site upholstery cleaning services, but after cleaning only 7–8 sofas, it broke down for the second time.
The first issue was a water leak from the bottom, so I had to send it to the service center. The repair and return process took about a month, which severely disrupted my business operations. After receiving the machine back, it worked for only a few more cleanings before developing a water spray malfunction.
When I tried to send it for service again, I was told that since it’s a professional device, on-site service would be provided. However, I had to wait a week for a technician to arrive from another city. When the technician finally came, he asked me to load the boxed machine into his vehicle, and I had to transport it about 3 km from my home. When I asked when I could get the device back, he said he didn’t know when he’d be back in the area, and that it would be faster if I picked it up myself — which would mean traveling about 160 km. In the end, it looks like I’ll be without my machine for another month, and my work will be delayed again.
During this time, I’ve had to turn down 15–20 customers, resulting in a significant financial loss. I also contacted Karcher customer service, but the issue remains unresolved. My device is still under warranty, and my invoice number is ATC2025000001037.
I request that my faulty device be replaced with a new one due to its recurring breakdowns. I also ask that my losses be compensated and my business interruption be resolved as soon as possible.
