Ferroli Combi Boiler Service Refusal After Authorized Installation

Our Ferroli combi boiler was first installed by İzmir Artı Teknik Buca service. After about three years of use, our combi broke down today, and we called the central service to report the issue. Following our call, an appointment was created with Artı Teknik Buca service, which had carried out the initial installation. However, although Artı Teknik Buca themselves did the installation, they refused to provide service by saying that they do not serve our region. I find it unacceptable that a service that installed the device in our home now claims that they do not cover this region when there is a malfunction. After this refusal, we contacted another authorized service/central Ferroli service, but we were again told that they do not serve our area. As a customer who had the device installed by your authorized service, I expect Ferroli to immediately assign an authorized service to my address and ensure that the malfunction is repaired as soon as possible. I kindly request that the responsibility for the installation and after‑sales service of the device be taken seriously and that my combi boiler be repaired without any further delay.
