Surveoo Surveys Stopped Appearing Despite Active Account and Earnings

I am a user from Pakistan with a free/basic account on Surveoo and have been actively completing surveys since 17.03.2024. Over the last few months, I have completed around 60% of the available surveys and earned PKR 3,742, and I am only PKR 2,458 away from my target of PKR 6,200. However, since 09.12.2025, I have not been receiving any new surveys on the platform, including even the low-earning ABC-type surveys. Until that date, surveys were appearing regularly, so this sudden stop is unusual and has made it impossible for me to continue progressing towards my goal. I also could not find any clear contact or working support channel to understand what is happening with my account. I kindly request that my Surveyoo account be checked and that whatever issue is blocking or limiting new surveys be resolved so that I can start receiving surveys again as before. I also expect a clear explanation of why the surveys suddenly stopped despite my regular activity and progress.
