I purchased a Karaca upright vacuum cleaner but didn’t test it within the 14-day return period since it was for my summer home. When I finally used it, I noticed severe performance issues. The suction power in eco mode was nearly non-existent, and in strong mode, the battery lasted only 15 minutes. Worse, the vacuum would release debris immediately upon shutting off.
I brought the vacuum to a local authorized service center, but they couldn’t repair it due to unavailable parts and forwarded it to the central service. I contacted Karaca customer service multiple times, requesting either an upgrade to a better model or a refund. Each time, I was told, “We’ve informed the relevant department,” but no action followed.
Later, I received a message claiming the product had been returned to me, though I hadn’t picked it up. When it eventually arrived, I was appalled to find the same vacuum sent back with no improvements. The technician’s report blamed me for not maintaining the filter, even though I had cleaned it thoroughly.
This experience has been frustrating and disheartening. As a loyal Karaca customer, I expect better service and resolution. I demand a refund and will escalate my complaint to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
