Karaca Sent Back My Faulty Biogranite Navy Stone Grill Pan Without Fixing It

The product is a biogranite navy stone grill pan set purchased by my wife from the Karaca company. The square grill pan in this set has steam coming out of the handle after a certain period of time after contact with fire and the handle heats up in a way that it cannot be held by hand. We shot a video about this and sent it to the company for review upon their request after mutual dialogue. The company got back to us after a while and stated that the checks were made and the necessary corrections were made and sent the product back to us. We washed the product in the dishwasher and started using it. We saw that the handle started to heat up when it came into contact with fire and when we examined it, we thought that there was water in the handle and this water could cause heating. We hope so and this is a manufacturing defect. However, we cannot understand why the company is so careless and indifferent, using an outdated repair method such as hammering or squeezing with pliers on the handle and sending the product back without even checking it. If we had held the handle with our hand after a while without trusting this company and checking it, and if there was oil or similar product inside, both our hand would have burned, or if we had thrown the pan on the ground with that reflex and caused other burns, or if we had a small child with us and experienced even greater pain, who would be held accountable? Turkey's largest company or the thoughtless, uninformed, inexperienced control or service personnel employed by that company. The product was purchased from karaca.com.tr with the order number 75126738 I would like to state that if necessary actions are not taken regarding this issue, I will use all my legal rights to the fullest and raise this issue on all platforms. My aim is to ensure that no one experiences this victimization again.

I was contacted twice by Karaca. In the first call, they asked me to send the product back again and said that the service would check it. I said you are the ones at fault, yet you are still asking something from me, and I told them to pick up their product. In the second call, they said the product was purchased as a set and we sent it as a single item, so no action was taken, and in a very nonchalant and mocking manner, they asked me to send it again as a set. From this, it is understood that this company does not value us consumers, who make them exist, at all. Personally, I have decided to take legal action. As long as we remain silent, they will continue to insist on not seeing who is making them rich.
